How to Use – Two Classic Methods
🇫🇷 French Method: Pour approximately 1 oz of absinthe into a goblet. Lay the absinthe spoon flat across the rim and place one sugar cube on top. Slowly drip ice-cold water over the sugar cube until it dissolves — watch the beautiful milky louche swirl through the glass. Stir gently and add two or three ice cubes to finish.
🔥 Czech Method: Pour absinthe into a goblet and set the spoon on top with a sugar cube. Lightly soak the cube with a small amount of absinthe, then carefully ignite it to caramelise the sugar. Stir the melted caramel into the absinthe, then dilute with cold water to taste.
