Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does the paw-activated dog water dispenser work?
A: The dispenser features a step-on pedal mechanism. When your dog steps on the pedal with their paw, it activates the valve and releases a stream or spray of water through the 162 cm hose. It connects directly to a standard garden hose bib, so water flow is instant and continuous while the pedal is pressed.
Q: Is the outdoor dog water fountain suitable for all dog sizes?
A: Yes! The step-on pedal design is accessible for most dog breeds and sizes. Its low-profile, stable base sits flat on various outdoor surfaces, making it easy for small, medium, and large dogs to operate independently.
Q: What type of hose connection does it use?
A: The fountain connects to a standard garden hose bib or outdoor spigot. Simply attach the included 162 cm hose to your outdoor water source and you're ready to go — no special tools or adapters required.
Q: Can this water fountain be used for cats as well?
A: Absolutely. While designed with dogs in mind, the paw-activated sprinkler is also suitable for cats and other outdoor pets who enjoy interactive water play in the garden, yard, or on the patio.
