Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I choose the right size dog life jacket for my pet?

A: Measure your dog's chest girth (the widest point around the ribcage) and check their weight. Compare these measurements against the size chart for XS, S, M, L, XL, or XXL. A snug but comfortable fit ensures proper buoyancy and prevents the jacket from slipping off during swimming or boating.

Q: Is this dog life vest suitable for boating trips as well as pool use?

A: Absolutely! The JETTING Dog Life Jacket is designed for a wide range of water activities including pool swimming, beach outings, lake adventures, and boat trips. The waterproof polyester fabric and quick-release buckles make it practical for all water environments.

Q: Can the front float be removed from the dog life jacket?

A: Yes — the front float is removable, allowing you to customize the buoyancy level to your dog's needs. For dogs who are more experienced swimmers, you may prefer to remove it; for beginners or smaller breeds, keeping it attached provides extra stability in the water.

Q: How should I clean and store this pet life vest?

A: After every use — especially in saltwater — rinse the vest thoroughly with clean fresh water and allow it to air dry completely before storing. Avoid machine drying or prolonged direct sunlight exposure to maintain the fabric's durability and shape.
