This dual-component (A&B) epoxy adhesive gel is engineered for heavy-duty repairs on steel, iron, aluminum, and other metal castings. Whether you're tackling trachoma, pores, hairline cracks, or other casting defects, this cold-weld formula bonds with exceptional strength and stands up to high temperatures.

Made in China.

Key Features

  • 2-in-1 A&B Formula: Component A (Epoxy Resin, Calcium Carbonate, Acrylates Copolymer) and Component B (Toluene, Epoxy Amine, Methyl Tetrahydrophthalic Anhydride) work together for a powerful, permanent bond.
  • Heat Resistant: Withstands high-temperature environments, making it ideal for industrial and workshop applications.
  • Versatile Metal Repair: Effectively fills and seals trachoma, pores, cracks, and surface defects on steel, iron, aluminum, and other cast metals.
  • 50ml / 50g Net Capacity: Generous quantity for multiple repairs in a single tube.
  • Easy to Use: Comes with a push rod for precise, equal-ratio dispensing — no guesswork, no mess.
  • 2-Year Shelf Life: Long-lasting formula retains effectiveness when stored properly.
  • Instructions Included: Step-by-step guide included in the package for hassle-free application.

How to Use

  1. Clean and wipe the area to be repaired — remove any grease, dust, or loose debris.
  2. Insert the push rod and extrude equal proportions of both Part A and Part B onto a mixing surface.
  3. Mix the two components together thoroughly and evenly until a uniform color is achieved.
  4. Apply the mixed compound directly into the crack, pore, or defect area.
  5. Allow to stand undisturbed for 24 hours for a full, solid cure.
  6. Once cured, sand, paint, or machine as required.
